Serve: Chilled Coupe with Dragon Fruit Wedge, Basil Leaf garnish

Absinth Cocktail Ingredients: 50ml Absinthe, 25ml Fresh Lime Juice, 25ml Elderflower Cordial, 25ml Cloudy Apple Juice, 12.5ml Vanilla Syrup, 2 Dashes of Lemon Bitters Serve: Chilled Sours glass with  Half Sugar Rim, Lemon Zest garnish

Ingredients: 50ml Absinthe, 25ml Fresh Lime Juice, 25ml Elderflower Cordial, 25ml Cloudy Apple Juice, 12.5ml Vanilla Syrup, 2 Dashes of Lemon Bitters

Serve: Chilled Sours glass with  Half Sugar Rim, Lemon Zest garnish

Coconut & Cherry Blossom Margarita Ingredients: 50ml Tequila, 25ml Coconut Liqueur, 25ml Fresh Lime Juice, 1Barspoon of Cherry Blossom syrup, 1 Dash of Bitters Serve: Chilled Coupe with Coconut Meat and Maraschino Cherry garnish

Kiwi and Manuka Honey Ingredients: 50ml Vodka, 20ml Kiwi syrup, 25ml Kiwi Pure, 1Barspoon Manuka Honey, 25ml Cloudy Apple juice. Serve: Chilled Coupe with Kiwi Wheel garnish

Kumquat and Cinnamon Punch Ingredients: 50ml Vodka, 25ml Fresh Lime juice, 50ml Freshly pressed Kumquat Juice, 1 bar spoon of Passion Fruit syrup, 10ml Vanilla syrup, 1 egg white. Serve: Chilled Tea Cup with Kumquat cut into flower and Cinnamon dusting

Ingredients: 50ml Vodka, 25ml Fresh Lime juice, 50ml Freshly pressed Kumquat Juice, 1 bar spoon of Passion Fruit syrup, 10ml Vanilla syrup, 1 egg white.

Serve: Chilled Tea Cup with Kumquat cut into flower and Cinnamon dusting

 

Las Vegas Sazerac Ingredients: 40ml Sazerac Rye Whiskey, 20ml Jack Daniels, 1barspoon of Lemon Syrup, 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters Serve: Old Fashioned glass. No ice. HINT: Fill the glass with cubed ice and rinse with Absinthe. Rest aside, while stirring other ingredients in the mixing glass. Fine strain the ingredients into glass, having discarded ice and Absinthe.   

Las Vegas Sazerac

Ingredients: 40ml Sazerac Rye Whiskey, 20ml Jack Daniels, 1barspoon of Lemon Syrup, 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Serve: Old Fashioned glass. No ice.

HINT: Fill the glass with cubed ice and rinse with Absinthe. Rest aside, while stirring other ingredients in the mixing glass. Fine strain the ingredients into glass, having discarded ice and Absinthe. 

 

Peanut Butter Cheesecake This is an example of a layered cocktail with Sauce and Mix Ingredients (Sauce): 25ml Rum, 50ml Cacao Powder, 2 bar spoons of Smooth Peanut Butter, 1 pinch of Nutmeg, 1 pinch of Cinnamon,1 pinch of Sea Salt, 20ml of Maple syrup, 1 bar spoon of Vanilla syrup, 1 bar spoon of Salted Caramel syrup, 50ml of Boiling Water. Ingredients (Cheesecake Mix): 25ml Rum, 4 spoons of Cream Cheese, 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice, 1 bar spoon Lemon Curd, 2 dashes of Ginger Bitters, 1 drop of Vanilla extract, 1 bar spoon of Vanilla sugar, 25ml of Condensed Milk, 25ml of Cream, 50ml of milk. Serve: Champagne flute with Marshmallow brulee, Crumbled bisquit and a tea spoon

Serve: Chilled Coupe with Dehydrated Orange and Cinnamon garnish

Ingredients: 50ml Rum 50ml Cranberry Juice,, 25ml Fresh Lime Juice, 20ml Raspberry syrup, 1 bar spoon of Pineapple syrup, 1 bar spoon of Blackberry Jam. 1 dash of Cinnamon Powder, 2 dashes of Bitters, 2 Dashes of Rhubarb Bitters.

Serve: Chilled Coupe with Dehydrated Orange and Cinnamon garnish

Yellow Pepper Martini Ingredients: 50ml Vodka, 25ml of Fresh Lime Juice, 30ml of Pressed Yellow Pepper juice, 2 bar spoons of Rose syrup, 2 bar spoons of Vanilla sugar. 1 Egg White. 2 Dashes of orange bitters.  Serve: Chilled Martini Glass with Yellow Pepper slice for garnish.

Ingredients: 50ml Vodka, 25ml of Fresh Lime Juice, 30ml of Pressed Yellow Pepper juice, 2 bar spoons of Rose syrup, 2 bar spoons of Vanilla sugar. 1 Egg White. 2 Dashes of orange bitters. 

Serve: Chilled Martini Glass with Yellow Pepper slice for garnish.
