Peanut Butter Cheesecake
This is an example of a layered cocktail with Sauce and Mix
Ingredients (Sauce): 25ml Rum, 50ml Cacao Powder, 2 bar spoons of Smooth Peanut Butter, 1 pinch of Nutmeg, 1 pinch of Cinnamon,1 pinch of Sea Salt, 20ml of Maple syrup, 1 bar spoon of Vanilla syrup, 1 bar spoon of Salted Caramel syrup, 50ml of Boiling Water.
Ingredients (Cheesecake Mix): 25ml Rum, 4 spoons of Cream Cheese, 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice, 1 bar spoon Lemon Curd, 2 dashes of Ginger Bitters, 1 drop of Vanilla extract, 1 bar spoon of Vanilla sugar, 25ml of Condensed Milk, 25ml of Cream, 50ml of milk.
Serve: Champagne flute with Marshmallow brulee, Crumbled bisquit and a tea spoon
